- Smoky Tomato Dip– all that’s needed in a baguette and a bowl salsa’s cousin with a smoky personality, loaded with herbs, tomato, olive oil- drizzle or drip
- Chilliwack Corn Chowder with Prawns and Bacon– corn at its best, with double smoked bacon and prawns
- Garlic Herb Flatbread– for the soup of course- no knead, no fuss!
- Summer Greens with Peppered Yogurt-Herb Dressing– dress-up your greens with this cool combo, at keep the herbs happy!
- Grilled Chicken with Cowboy Butter– simple method, bold flavours- a grillers secret- for meat, poultry, seafood,veggies. Baste, dip, slather!
- Dill Pickle Potato Salad– pickles are a thing, like BC potatoes- a happy combo
- Best of the Market Crisp– the crunch is the thing so the topping has to be just right! Ice cream of course.
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.

Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. To allow staff to prepare the kitchen for the class, please do not arrive earlier than this time.
