Happy Sunday! There are so many delicious ways to enjoy breakfast with friends and Chef Mike is excited to show some of his favourite recipes! Chef Mike perfected his breakfast game while head chef for the flagship location of OEB Breakfast Co. Restaurant. He will navigate you through the techniques necessary to perfect these amazing brunch dishes with ease. A multi-course Vancouver style menu using local ingredients, a hearty appetite is certainly required! Pick one for an amazing Sunday with friends!
Format: Demonstration, adults only
MENU:
- Virgin mimosa with fresh squeezed citrus fruits (But feel free to bring your own Prosecco!)
- Crispy potato pancakes, smoked salmon locks, fennel herb salad , crème fraiche
- Traditional shakshuka, sauteed spinach, feta, garlic butter pitas – Sooo much flavour! A gorgeous spicy egg dish you won’t forget!
- Double chocolate steel cut oatmeal, fresh berries, vanilla yogurt , slivered almonds

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
