Join us for an inspiring Sunday brunch as Chef Vanvisa, a Thai-born and Red Seal Challenge candidate, guides you through the bold, aromatic flavours of her home country. This demonstration-style class explores comforting regional dishes and classic Thai desserts, perfect for anyone who loves vibrant, well-balanced cuisine.

Format: Demonstration Super Club, Adults Only.

MENU:

Kaeng Om Hed (Isan-Style Spicy Mushroom Soup) – A rustic soup from Eastern Thailand, brimming with mixed mushrooms and fragrant herbs. Lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and toasted rice powder give this dish its signature earthy heat and comforting depth.

Crispy Rice Noodle “Bird’s Nest” with Thai Basil & Tofu – Golden, crunchy rice noodles form a delicate nest, topped with tofu, colourful vegetables, and aromatic Thai basil. Savoury, crisp, and deeply satisfying—this is a beloved Thai appetizer with great texture and balance.

Thai Red Curry Steak (Plant-Based) – A bold and comforting main featuring plant-based steak simmered in rich coconut milk and red curry paste, finished with tender broccoli. Creamy, spicy, and deeply flavourful, this dish showcases Thai curry at its best.

Bua Loi (Glutinous Rice Dumplings in Coconut Milk) – Soft, chewy rice dumplings gently cooked in sweetened coconut milk. This classic Thai dessert is simple, nostalgic, and comforting—an ideal way to end a leisurely brunch.

Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
