Teens to the Table! Pasta from Scratch! Ages 13-17 with Chef Holly!

A completely hands-on cooking class for teen foodies and theirfriends!
With a background in both Fine Arts and Cuisine, Chef Instructor Holly will be teaching the basics of building a rockstar dinner in this fun and creative, teen-only supper club! She will be teaching fundamental cooking techniques that will build a strong basis of culinary knowledgewhile at the same time, exploring new and exciting plating designs.

Teens will also be experimenting with different spice and flavour combinations, challenging young adults to develop a more adventurous palate. Dinner is served at the end for all to enjoy together.


Italian Crostini- We will be making two different kinds: one with Roasted mushroom, garlic and Parmesan and another with fresh tomato, Basil bruschetta

Fresh Fettucine from scratch- we will make the dough, roll it, cut itand cook it!

Carbonara sauce with pancetta and peas- a classic, savory fall sauce, learn the basics of a great cream sauce

Gelato affogato- a teen version, vanilla bean gelato with handmade hot chocolate poured on top! Yum

Everything will be provided: Apron, cutting boards,mixing bowls, recipes and assistance.
