- Cauliflower, Pear and Fennel Soup- a definite make-ahead
- Turkey Breast Roulade- fresh herbs and garlic, a bacon wrap- slices perfectly, the bacon wrap and Pan Jus are to die for!
- Mashed Parsnip-Potato Gratin- mashed, but with a twist
- Brussels Sprouts- a surprise this year
- Sausage-and-Apple Stuffing- make-ahead, reheat; muffin pan or gratin?
- Polenta Pumpkin Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce- it’s best made a couple days ahead, but add ice cream when served
