Menu:
Kabocha Squash Soup with Crème Fraîche and Candied Pumpkin Seeds – this velvety soup can go vegetarian, and the pumpkin seeds are great in salads too!
Peppered Pear Salad with Fall Greens and Cheese – caramelised pears with black pepper dressing, crispy greens and a soft whipped cheese
Beef Short Ribs Simmered in Red Wine with Red Wine, Tomato, Black Olives – from Normandy, rich and intensely flavoured- refine your technique for “the art of the braise”.
Fennel Mashed Potatoes – the perfect pairing with the braise
Olive Oil Mousse Cake – rich chocolate flavour, lighter than a classic cake, with nod to chocolate pudding

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
