The Ultimate Date Night! Land and Sea with Chef John!

A myriad of techniques are taught in this fabulous seafood class!  Learn to sear scallops, grill tuna and make risotto to perfection.  Who doesn’t love Tuna Poke?? We’ll show you how to take on this super trendy (and healthy!) appetizer.  The dessert offers a chance to make your own home made ice cream and we finish with some fresh peaches straight from the Okanagan.  A class not to be missed!

MENU:

  • Smokey Ceci Salad- Fried Garbonzo Beans dusted with smokey paprika, tossed with fresh herbs, pancetta, bitter greens and honey
  • Tuna Poke Stacks! Served with baked garlic wonton chips
  • Seared Scallops served on a bed of Lemon Asparagus Risotto
  • Maple Roasted Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
