Format:  Partially Hands-On, Adults only

Let’s cook up a beautiful meal together!  Chef Mike Genest (formerly Executive Chef at Hart House) has put together a hands-on  pasta-making menu that we can all cook together!  All students will learn to make pasta from scratch!  Then shape it into tortellini cooked and served with a gorgeous sauce.  Chef Mike will start out with a panzanella salad to feed you and then the lesson will begin!  He will then make a fabulous dessert taking doughnuts to the next level.  Let’s have some fun together!

MENU:

• Calabrian Chilli Prawn Panzanella – Foccacia, gem tomatoes, cucumber, fresh herbs, White Balsamic vinaigrette, Sauteed prawns
• Hand-made Three Cheese Tortellini –  – Peas, Asparagus, Pancetta , white wine garlic sauce
• Blueberry Ricotta Cake – Whipped Vanilla Crème Fraiche.

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
