Let’s cook up a beautiful meal together! Chef Mike Genest (formerly Executive Chef at Hart House) has put together a hands-on pasta-making menu that we can all cook together! All students will learn to make pasta from scratch! Then shape it into tortellini cooked and served with a gorgeous sauce. Chef Mike will start out with a panzanella salad to feed you and then the lesson will begin! He will then make a fabulous dessert taking doughnuts to the next level. Let’s have some fun together!
Format: Partially Hands-On, Age 16+
- Sauteed Prawn Panzanella Salad – gem tomatoes, chilli, lemon, basil, foccacia, fresh herbs
- Hand-Made Spinach and Cheese Tortellini – Served with the most amazing pancetta and mushroom cream sauce
- Ricotta Doughnuts, Chocolate Ganache Sauce

Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
