MENU:

• Tom Yum Goong – The famous Thai soup! Intoxicating flavours of lemongrass, coconut, and more!  Chef Dream will discuss all the necessary ingredients.
• Crispy Spring Rolls – a classic appetizer in Thai restaurants. The tasty pork filling is combined with carrot, cabbage and noodles, plus a garlic, pepper and coriander seasoning served with sweet chilies sauce.
• Phad Thai is a stir fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a food in Thailand as part of the country’s cuisine. So good!  Learn the secret sauces from Chef Dream!  It is typically made with rice noodles, shrimp, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts.
• Mango Sticky Rice – Khao Niaow Ma Muang is a popular dessert that combines sweet sticky rice with fresh mango. Served alongside ripe mango slices and topped with coconut cream, it creates a delightful contrast of textures and flavors, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess.

No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
