Menu:

• Carolina Pulled Pork with Classic Vinegar-Mustard Moppin’ Sauce  -served with slaw and all the trimmings; start low and slow then add that smoky finish
• Grass-fed T-bone with Rye Whiskey Mustard Sauce and Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
  – cut just right, then carved to perfection with a nod to the Prairies in the sauce
• Gochujang Wings with “White Sauce” – take your wing action up a notch with this spicy option; no flare-ups, no raw bird, no better flavour!
• Bourbon Chocolate Cake with Bourbon Ice Cream for dessert
