Curious about vegan baking but aren’t quite sure how to begin? Vegan Baker Andrea will introduce you to several sweet treats that are 100% plant based with zero% compromise in flavour or texture! Learn how to make indulgent desserts that will impress all your friends, regardless of their diet! You will pick up vegan baking tips and tricks as well as information on essential plant based pantry items to have on hand and how to use them to create your own vegan baking delights! Then you’ll get to sample the chef’s creations… a beautiful afternoon!
Andrea is a Bakery Manager at To Live For Fine Foods (Vegan baking and loaves by Erin Ireland) as well as a Holistic Nutritionist. She bakes/creates custom vegan occasion cakes and when not baking up vegan goodies she is cooking savoury plant based dishes for friends and family.

  • Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies – Lots to sample!
  • White Chocolate Cheesecake – Cost includes every guest receiving a 4″ Wilton Springform pan (Retail Value $14.99) and their own cheesecake to take home!

**Recipes contain soy and nuts.

Plus Toppings/Drizzles will be demonstrated and sampled:

  • Rasperry Compote to top the cheesecake
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • Salted Caramel

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
