Join Chef John for a fabulous evening exploring vegan cuisine! If you have wanted to learn more about a vegan diet this is the perfect class for you. Delicious recipes full of flavour and supplemented with charcoal, spirulina, nutritional yeast, and more. Let him demystify the key ingredients so that you can incorporate more vegetables and health into your diet! And have fun doing it!

- A Starter Beverage – The Detox! Coconut water, mint, and more… Learn the powerful benefits of charcoal and how this will make you feel AMAZING.
- Butternut Squash Apple Soup with Ginger and Sage, served with Chef Johns whole meal spelt loaf with seeds and cranberry
- Cauliflower Tabouli with Bulgar – It’s all about the Sumac
- Green Goddess Noodles – Spiralizing veggies transforms any dish from boring to breathtaking… and this dressing is fab. Spirulina is a nutritional BOMB.
- Taquitos with Nacho Nut “Cheese” and Mango Salsa – Learn how to make vegan cheese that will satisfy all your cravings. Served with Corn Tortilla

All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
