Let’s cook up a beautiful dinner together! Chef Glenys has put together a menu we can all cook together in 90-minutes. She will show you some tricks for a stunning Saturday night! Whether you are cooking for yourself or cooking alongside someone, it’s the weekend to indulge! This class is virtual through Zoom. All ingredients required and kitchen items will be emailed ahead of time. Let’s have some fun together!

- Perfect Pan Seared Beef Filets with Chef Glenys’ Favourite Red Wine-Peppercorn Jus – always elegant. Beef tenderloin loves red wine, and this updated sauce should be in everyone’s bag of tricks!
