Bring yourself to the heart of Italy in this hands-on cooking class that’s equal parts fun, flavor, and creativity! In this class, you’ll master the art of crafting fresh egg pasta from scratch, rolling and shaping it into ribbons of spaghetti or tagliatelle. Perfect for food lovers and aspiring chefs, this 3-hour class is a delicious dive into Italian tradition, filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable flavors.
The excitement kicks in when you transform your fresh pasta into a one-of-a-kind dish! You are provided with ingredients, such as juicy shrimp, crispy pancetta, earthy mushrooms, and rich sauces, all for you to choose from to create a plate that’s uniquely yours. Chef Luis will score your dish for taste and originality, with bragging rights up for grabs.
Complement your pasta with a vibrant Mediterranean salad and a dreamy Zabaione with ripe peaches.
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
