Viva Italia! Lasagna Hands-On with Chef Anna!

$99.00If you love good food, cooking and Italian Culture, then you have to come and meet Anna! Anna cooks at the most wonderful market on Commercial – La Grotta del Formaggio, and her recipes are authentic and amazing! These classes are hands-on so aprons are provided. Be ready to experience an afternoon of Italy!
Format: Partially Hands-on. Students will roll out pasta sheets and learn to make pasta from scratch
MENU:
- Italian graze platter – meats and cheeses from La Grotta del Formaggio. Anna will show you how to make it pretty! Served with Tuscan Crisps.
- Caprese Salad – fresh basil, tomatoes, mozzarella.. and the drizzle!
- Ooh la Lasagna! Learn the secret recipe from Anna! It’s all about the homemade pasta sheets! But also learn how to make the layers of gorgeous bechamel sauce, and her famous meat sauce! Served with fresh bread.
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
