$89.00 – $149.99*For the safety of everyone, all participants/chef/assistant at the class must be fully vaccinated. No masks are required as we will be eating and drinking.
2021 is a summer looking like no other, so the August bounty may be a surprise! The classics – local seafood, corn, tomatoes, herbs don’t mind the heat. Farmers’ Market or fruit stand, our recipes are relaxed and fresh. Some new flavour combos for inspiration, and absolutely perfect for patio sipping and grilling.
MENU:
- Crab and Corn Chowder – classic combo – always better with Chilliwack corn
- Tomato, Melon, Avocado and Herb Salad with Burrata and Zippy Vinaigrette – what grows together, goes together, a great mix of sweet, cool and a bit of spice
- Shrimp and Fresh Corn “Burgers” with Mustard Sauce – a bit of ginger and lemon, the shrimp is the star here or maybe that tangy sauce, which you might like on your burgers too!
- Sweet Peach Cake – another easy olive oil cake that’s just as delicious with nectarines, plums……
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Please have credit card ready as payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
