Spanish Tapas Solo- Graze around the country with traditional and modern tapas. Seafood, meats, cheeses- a bold selection of small plates with big flavours. Pair with your paella or entertain with Spanish wines for a night of appies.
- Sherry Roasted Olives with Piri Piri Peppers, Spiced Almonds and Manchego Cheese
- Fire Roasted Tomato Soup- tomato soup like no other, finished with fresh herbs and olive oil
- Savoury Stuffed Dates with chorizo, wrapped in Serrano ham and roasted ’til crispy
- Classic Torta Espagnole- the crispy potato-omelette “tortilla” that’s a favourite all over Spain
- Clams and Chorizo- a magic combination, with herbs and white wine- ready for crusty bread and lots of dipping
- Tortillitas- prawn fitters- ocean-caught prawns, fresh herbs- crunchy and sweet- served with alioli
- Torta de Jerez- a dark chocolate-almond cake laced with oloroso sherry
