MENU:

• Penne Alla Vodka. Penne in a creamy vodka sauce.  Marzia will prepare this wonderful sauce from scratch and give you all the tips for maximum flavour!
• Focaccia. This is the best Focaccia recipe out there!  The recipe is no knead and great result. Served with extra-virgin olive oil and rock salt.
• Crostoli or Angel wings – crispy fried Italian pastries which are popular during carnevale and many other holidays
