• Seared Scallops with Apple Chutney and Bacon-  warm, spiced apple and bacon, the perfect match to pan seared scallops
• Prime Rib- with all the trimmings-
• Potatoes Roasted In Duck Fat
• Yorkshire Puddings
• Fresh Horseradish
• Green Beans with Tarragon Butter
• Lemon Mousse with Raspberry Purée
