Farm and Fields Family Feast

This menu is fabulous for Easter but don’t limit yourselfâ¦ any family feast can use these great sides and salads. The ham is the showcase and there’s no ham like it! Fraser Valley raised, cured and smoked, local butchers offer these great hams year-round. Learning the tips to master ham is on the agenda. This menu also teaches techniques to perfect your side dishes and dessert says “Hello spring!”

Spring Greens- cress, haricots verts, asparagus, fresh herbs- tossed with warm parmesan dressing
Molasses and Mustard Glazed Ham – scored, glazed, gilded and roasted
Apricot Chutney- a quick chipotle and sundried apricot condiment
âNips and Tats- a gratin of potato, parsnip and leeks
Braised Red Cabbage and Apples- colourful and delicious
Bourbon Baked Beans- a classic Southern accompaniment that will keep the vegetarians happy too!
