Farmers Market Frenchâ¦ An Evening With Chef Glenys Morgan

Glenys rules the French world once again with this menu. Warm, rich comfort food with that French twist. It doesn’t hurt that there’s a little wine involved either, and of course a French finish, the apple cake.
Roasted Shrimp with Tomato- could be dinner, but served with a crusty baguette, it’s a great, warming dish laced with Pernod.
Seasonal Salad with Blistered Grape Vinaigrette, Candied Walnuts and a local “Fromage”
Syrah Braised Shortribs- slow-cooker or oven- shortribs, herbs and wine create a rich sauce- and Syrah in the glass is the perfect pairing.
Crispy French Potatoes- a little crunch is just right with the shortribs.
French Apple Cake- all it needs is a little whipped cream
