Be inspired by flavours from Italy and fire up the grill. A beef combo that gets its flavour from a herb-and-balsamic finish, served with easy-going sides dishes.
Cannellini Dip with Crunchy Prosciutto- the famous buttery beans whipped into a light dip, like hummus,with crunchy pancetta. We’ll serve grissini (bread sticks), vegetables and other antipasti goodies
Blistered Tomato Risotto with Fresh Herbs- a fresh, light and bright way to welcome good things from the garden
Roastand Ribs- beef in the Tuscan way- a seared Porterhouse “steak” and prime ribs- marinated and grilled with balsamic, rosemary and finished to perfection.
Fresh From the Market Salad- nothing goes better with grilled beef than a salad that can hold its own! Farmers’ Market greens, new crop veggies. Everything comes together on the plate with a Warm Porcini Mushroom Vinaigrette
Mascarpone Pear Tart with Pecorino Crust- if you love sweet and salty, you’ll love this easy and dramatic tart from Umbria that combines fruit and cheese in one dish. It’s addictive!
