MENU:
- Leek and Manchego Mac n Cheese- tangy, nutty Spanish Manchego cheese combined with leeks for their oniony goodness
- Osso Bucco-Style Chops with Green Olive Gremolata- a skillet dinner with a luscious tomato sauce; make the gremolata while the chops cook!
- Barley Risotto- never fails; great for beginners or pro’s.
- Wedge Salad with Tahini Ranch Dressing- a new take on Ranch, lots of herbs and toasted seeds
- Sangria Poached Pears with Honey-Nut Oat Crumble- elegant and homey at the same time!

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
