In ­­this cookie decorating course designed for beginners, students will be walked through the fundamental principles of baking and decorating gorgeous sugar cookies. Jenny knows all the secrets to making the perfect sugar cookie dough, how to roll to the best sugar cookie height, and all the tips to ice like a pro. You might just feel like Picasso when you leave this class! Recipes for sugar cookies and brown sugar cookies are explored and icing techniques include:

flooding
outlining
fondant

All students will receive 6 large cookies to decorate, please bring a container to take them home.
