Slow Cooker Beef Carnitas with all the trimmings. This dish easily translates to pork, chicken or turkey, and the salsas and side trimmings mean everyone will be happy. Includes tomatilla crema; dark, rich adobo sauce.
Black Bean Salsa Salad with Cumin-Lime Vinaigrette -packed with flavour and good things including corn, red peppers, fresh chiles, cilantro- good on the side or in your carnitas! Another great vegan option.
