Every year before the holiday season Amber and Angie make spanakopitas to freeze, something easy to whip up when people stop by. They are absolute heaven fresh out of the oven! In this workshop you will be given all the ingredients and instruction to make your own pies, 42 of themto be exact! Learn their tricks of the trade and take some home in your own container. Posh will provide everything for the afternoon and you cantake the recipe home to make more… trust us you will want to!
The recipethey make and that you will take home contains eggs, onions, feta, cream cheese, butter, phyllo and more. We will sample some made fresh with tzatziki of course, but your spanakopita triangles will remain uncooked so that you can put them in your freezer for later.
