Did someone say CANNOLIS?? This evening is full of some fabulous Italian fare! Join Celine as she shares her knowledge of agrodolce, a traditional sweet and sour sauce in Italian cuisine. Agrodolce is the Italian version of sweet (dolce) and sour (agro). It is one of the signatureflavours of Sicily and is little known outside that area. It is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. Learn the secrets to making perfecthalibut every time, and end the evening with one of Celines favourite desserts – fresh cannolis!
