Spring Sugar Cookies with Pastry Chef Ginette

KIDS WELCOME. In ­­this cookie decorating course designed forbeginners, students will be walked through the fundamental principles ofbaking and decorating gorgeous sugar cookies. Ginette knows all the secrets to making the perfect dough, and all the tips to ice like a pro.
Recipes for sugar cookies and brown sugar cookies are explored and icing techniques include: flooding, outlining, and fondant.
