Enjoy the food of Switzerland… without the jet lag!! Celine has put together a beautiful menu to please, simplifying dishes to make them easy for you to make at home. In the Posh kitchen, the word fondue translates to PARTY.


Asparagus Strudel: a delicious appetizer you will do over and over again! Learn the secret of working with phyllo pastry and how to make the most amazing appies. A bonus with this one is that you can make it ahead and freeze it for those days when you don’t feel like cooking!
Classic cheese fondue: a traditional fondue with 3 different cheeses and wine… ready in 15 minutes!
Chicken Schnitzel: Juicy and flavourful, a dish for every day or for company – it is served with roastedred pepper sauce and baby potatoes.
Spinach Salad: Bacon dressing makesthis salad sizzle! Revisited for today’s palate.
Chocolate fondue with fresh fruits: could it be anything but???

Giftcards cannot be redeemed over the phone but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card the day of the class. Any inquiries can also be directed to info@poshpantry.ca. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place.
