Thai Flavours with Chef Cindy Low **SOLD OUT, wait list only

Thai cuisine is one of the most diverse and complex in Asia, with its combination of hot, sour, salty, sweet and sometimes bitter flavors. Join Chef Cindy Low as she demystifies Thai ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, chili, palm sugar, and lime. Learn how to make her famous Pad Thai, one of the most popular Thai dishes, as well as other Thai favourites.


Green papaya salad – green papaya, green beans, tomatoes, chili lime dressing

Beef satay – marinated and grilled beef on skewers, spicy peanut dipping sauce

Pad Thai (stir-fried rice noodles) with prawns, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, garlic chives

Chicken and fresh pineapple in a red curry coconut sauce
