Possibly the greatest foodie movie ever, it’s remembered for the “Grand Timpano”.  When the Timpano is cut, it’s a showstopper.

• Classic Italian Salad with a “Good Vinaigrette”-  celebrating a robust combination of greens matched with a vinaigrette that means business
• Grand Timpano- -layers of sausage, meatballs, pasta with layers of besciamella and ragu all encased in a crust, baked in the shape of a Timpano – a drum!
• Affogatto-  the classic simple dessert with gelati, espresso, served with freshly baked cookies
