Prepare to Indulge with this fabulous menu and have fun being called up to help the chef!  We didn’t want to make the entire class hands-on as that would interfere with the wine, but you may be called up to help stir, plate, chop, or mix.  Those that cook together stay together, so get inspired and add some gorgeous dishes to your date-night-in portfolio.

• Amuse Bouche – Translated this means “mouth amuser” and consists of a small hors d’ouvres.  Kyla will be serving a Butter Poached Prawn with Truffle Aioli. Parmesan Crisps. Fresh Chive
• First Course- Seared Halloumi cheese.  Served with Peppery Greens. Crispy Capers. Roasted Pistachio
• Main- Duck Confit. Prepare to Indulge.  Served with Wild Mushroom Risotto. Braised Leeks. Balsamic Gooseberry Duck Jus
• Dessert- Key Lime Bundt Cake. Lemon Lime Cream Cheese.
