Adult Virtual Cookalong Class! Italiano with Chef Glenys Morgan!

$25.00Let’s cook up a beautiful dinner together! Chef Glenys has put together a menu we can all cook together in 90-minutes. She will show you some tricks for a stunning Saturday night! Whether you are cooking for yourself or cooking alongside someone, it’s always nice to create a good meal! This class is virtual through Zoom. All ingredients required and kitchen items will be emailed ahead of time. Let’s have some fun together! This evening we will all indulge in a little Italy!
MENU:
- “Buttery” Tagliatelle with Pepper and Aged Cheese- no butter here, just another Italian trick that makes three ingredients beautiful! Your favourite greens- asparagus, broccolini, spinach- perfect in this mix.
- Pork Chops “Agrodolce”- the tang of sweet and sour. Our local pork, the tang of vinegarthat’s a sauce!
- Italian Greens- with garlicky olive oil and herbs; learn the basics all “Nonna” live by- eat your greens!
- BONUS RECIPE: Chocolate Amaretti Custards- who can say no to dessert in less than an hour?
