One of G’s favourite places, and it’s not all paella!  One stop on this Mediterranean tour, we’ll cook from our markets, inspired by theirs!  Tonight is Spain; different techniques each menu with robust flavours for winter. No apologies for the amazing desserts.

• Tarta di Santiago-  Rich Almond Cake with History
