KIDS 10+ WELCOME! In ­­this cookie decorating course designedfor beginners, students will be walked through the fundamental principles of baking and decorating gorgeous sugar cookies. Ginette knows all the secrets to making the perfect sugar cookie dough, how to roll to the bestsugar cookie height, and all the tips to ice like a pro. You might just feel like Picasso when you leave this class!
Recipes for sugar cookies and brown sugar cookies are explored and icing techniques include:

flooding
outlining
fondant

All students will receive 6 large cookies to decorate and a box to take them home.
