Craving some spice in your life? Join Chef Cindy Low as she cooks up some Szechuan favorites, from hot and sour soup to kung pao chicken and cashews. Learn about this popular regional Chinese cuisine, knownfor its hot and spicy flavors, punctuated by liberal lashings of garlic, chili and Szechuan pepper. Szechuan cuisine boasts at least seven basicflavors: sour, pungent, hot, sweet, bitter, aromatic and salty. Bring your taste buds to party!
